It was one of the crucial moves that the live action Transformers movies did to keep him as Optimus Prime. They would not have felt remotely close to the Transformers I grew up with if he had not done it. Throw in his solid work as Eeyore, his voice will be remembered by several generations. RIP

Dinniman always wants it to feel like a game, and not something that would still read the same if the game elements were removed. The item and achievement descriptions end up becoming a storytelling device. Eventually, it only covers the important ones, or when the AI is being a jerk/unhinged.

I have a foolproof method for locating lost items like this. What you do is go to the store and purchase a replacement item, then bring the replacement home and put it on the shelf next to the lost one.
