I for one abandoned twitter because it was instrumental in helping the current group of monsters get elected and had already begun to fester into a hateful, rage inducing cess pool of slurs. So when people say "haha you left because of AI and now-" no, a lot of us didn't.

I think the funniest thing about this is how Blue sky knows it's gonna get backlash for this because it was a haven for artists so it didn't make a QRT at all on its own site and just gave it a small retweet to try and slip through.

I realize that some people wanted our policy to take a moral stance against AI (me too). Ultimately a moral policy is unenforceable, and wouldn't make anything better. The moral argument for veganism is animal rights, most people care more about their health, so that is what you focus on.
