I don't watch The Pitt but I respect the hell out of it/hope it goes on forever. Why? Because it is able to pump out 15 episodes, of a fairly demanding show, on an actual yearly schedule. It's not full-on ER or House scheduling, 20+ episodes a year, but it's the best we have right now.

I had my living room smoke detector battery go low over the night, and it really *freaked* my cat out. It was just chirping every 30 seconds or so, but I woke up to find him in my bathroom closet, nestled back as far he could get in there. Once I swapped the battery out, he emerged.

@carolinesiede.bsky.social I really agreed with your recent SNW review. The episode, overall, didn't work well, but I liked the Una/M'Benga stuff. One thing I'll point out: Spock sucked in the episode. Very dismissive of La'an, which seemed out of character, especially as her boyfriend.
