After shooting Wilber Perez in the back for no apparent reason, ICE goons took him to a hospital. After 4 hours, they insisted he be released. He still had a bullet lodged in his body, & was bleeding. He spent the night in a cold detention cell with no bed. That's torture, folks. Don't look away.
