We are happy to say that our Wellbeing project provides small grants to clients to spend on self-care. The asylum system deliberately depersonalises and dehumanises people who are looking for a safe place to live. Hope Projects is here to make sure that our clients can still feel like themselves.

The new PM wants to put a stop to rough sleeping - that's great news. We've got a good place to start: extending the move on period, so newly recognised refugees have time to find a home, and scrapping plans to strip people refused asylum support of emergency help to keep them off the streets.
