I love the white of the #AFCWimbledon third kit, but we need third kit socks, too. Right now we’re recycling the first kit socks. The blues don’t match!!! There’s a yellow trim on the socks when nothing else on the kit is yellow!!! Hideous choice not to order new socks.

Desperately sad to hear of the passing of @afcwimbledon1889.bsky.social commentator Mikey T this morning; the man had sublime way with words right in the moment - wingers "marauding" down the left flank and describing "a salmon-esque leap" for a headed goal have always stuck with me. RIP, mate.

a crushing blow. never met the guy but an omnipresent voice for dons fans across the globe, really made Saturday mornings following the team that much more fun. smart, funny, and a true love for the club that is hard to surpass. people like him are why i'm proud to be part of AFCW. RIP.

Mikey was known for his record breaking consecutive attendance of matches. On the day franchise played their first match home match v Gillingham I set up a BBC interview where he was asked why he wasn't in the ground, and he basically answered "Because Wimbledon aren't playing". Love you Mikey #afcw

Words cannot describe our sorrow and sadness of hearing the news about the wonderful Mikey T. The word legend is often bandied about, but Mikey was a true legend. The voice of @afcwimbledon1889.bsky.social, an encyclopedia of knowledge and just the nicest person. He will be deeply missed.
