We can see the benefits of this type of investment in places like Dewsbury where The Arcade, a now community owned Victorian shopping arcade just opened, funded by @archhfund.org.uk, Heritage Fund + many others. These projects take time but are happening. www.dewsburyreporter.co.uk/news/people/...
