Ran out of brown sugar one day and had to make my own (molasses and white sugar) I got comments saying “how do you have molasses and not brown sugar?” You buy molasses maybe 2 times in your life, and it stays in your pantry forever.

Had a chef who only used his personal knives during service. I was against it at first until I saw the emotional breakdown he had using one of the perfectly fine kitchen knives. Some things you just gotta let go, like that chef.

I’ve had experience with brown butter steak and cookies but never mac n cheese. How is the nutty flavor? I ask because I see some people use fresh nutmeg in their mac and I wonder if you can get a similar nutty flavor instead by just using brown butter?

So it’s regular Virginia tobacco ironically, but they flavor it with honey, glycerin or even molasses sometimes in addition to the optional fruit flavor The only intentional weed hookah I’ve had used a combination of tobacco, glycerin and thc crystals and it was ok, but I prefer smoking regularly
