always frustrated by how im stuck in a loop like: ok productivity->something bad happens->i start spiraling and losing sleep->realise im wasting time->get back on my shit->rinse and repeat 😭 at least i can try to shorten the span of the cycle i think.. theres no way im doomed to this right..

Related to knowing how to talk about art, but I clock a lot of irreverence and self-deprecation over one's art as a mask for being embarrassed at feeling too strongly or a piece feeling too vulnerable. Feelings are tough! But I want people to honor their own work and see their full vision realized

me when im thoroughly sleep deprived (sleeping at 3~4am for over a month at a time): i dont dream, thankfully :) me now that im sleeping at a decent time for decent amounts: i picked up a sparrow by hand in my dream bc it was living in our vents and kept dropping out of random holes it made in them
