Went on the first run/jog since the surgery and I forgot how great endorphins feel hnnngh Also omfg I can breathe better. Also also you find neat places when you're out and about. I want to get back to running every day I can, especially in the fall~!

Hey thanks! That's a tough question and I can only speak for myself here - alcohol was harder. I've only tried to quit nic once (this time), tried literally hundreds of times with booze. Between the constant cravings and social expectations to drink, I let myself cave constantly until the end :E

My addict brain's wiring doubles the rejection impact, but... I've had folks reach out and offer support and kind words, and every time they do this, the rejection-voice goes quiet. gets more quiet with time. that's some solid, good stuff. community is so important... love's found there, I think.

I recently had to get progressive glasses and with that came the suggestion to do contacts + reading glasses, worked like a charm for reading phone, etc But the eyedrops... so important. I do them every hour if I can

Usually wear them up to 10 hours tops, maybe 12. and making sure the rx is correct on them. But eyedrops. I use them liberally, that is the only way I don't go mad and have really achy eyes the next day. I also was told to use reading glasses with 'em, that helps too.
