Went on the first run/jog since the surgery and I forgot how great endorphins feel hnnngh Also omfg I can breathe better. Also also you find neat places when you're out and about. I want to get back to running every day I can, especially in the fall~!

Got frustrated trying to do some concept visualizing and fumbling around in blender, had to stop myself and say, "holy shit, I've been actually doing 3d things again!" Very small, very incremental progress (not perfection) towards reclaiming a sense of artistic freedom and autonomy. It's healing..
