Out early for a dog walk and I just saw saw two badgers! There was a lot of rustling in a patch of brambles and suddenly they pop out and run into another patch. Too fast for me to hope of taking a photo but they were gorgeous. Fortunately dog was not watching!

The last week of August looks so good right now. Daggerbound by @tkingfisher.com comes out on the 25th (I am so excited to have a sequel to my favourite book) and then an AFI gig later in the week (I've been waiting for a long time - it feels like half a lifetime since they did a UK tour).
