I am going to say something controversial a lot of my fellow ADHDers claim that caffeine makes them sleepy and I actually think that a lot of us just have messed up understandings of fatigue and drowsiness signals from our bodies and how caffeine may or may not actually affect those

I just found a tiny notebook in my desk and I recently bought these paint pens on a whim so I guess I might as well do #nerdfarters

look at what the light did when I moved this glass of diet dr pepper just the right way into the sun. a halo...

a half full (or is it half empty...who can say) glass of diet dr pepper on my dark wooden table. the light from the window is filtering through the glass in such a way that not only does the glass cast a directional shadow though a pool of light opposite the glass, there is also a perfect 360 degree circle of light extending from the glass, forming something like a halo
