Yeah I am perimenopause age and I am finding I get extreme fatigue too which suuucks, I keep needing to sleep in the day. But yes medical needs change all the time so things have to suit you :) I also do pole dance and that's a real laugh and has fully brought me out of myself when I've been bad

I get that. My main suggestion is something physically demanding because while walks and meditations are nice and do lots of good, they don't remove the physical feeling of anxiety for me. It needs to be sort of 'knocked out' by exertion

...Also I drive in the car with music really loud so I can fully shout along to it and that helps a lot, for me I think it's about relieving the insane pressure in my chest. Similarly going dancing in a club and singing along and moving my body wildly has the same effect

I have this basically all the time if I am not on medication. For me Sertraline works, though some anxiety gets through now and then at bad or hard times. I can also recommend running or swimming, these work better than a walk for me because they are physically hard which drowns out the anxiety....

I also have hypermobility and am slowly moving from running to swimming. I just don't find it as simple to get out the house and do it, need to work on my motivation for it

I am just hopefully on the way up out of a dip like this and I can offer you advice on walks and nature and so forth but the thing is time, this will pass and you can exist through it to lighter times xx (Also can recommend prescribed meds)
