This is Terry & Tina Tufted Ducks, they are the head of the Duckia Gang (Duck World version of the Mafia) and they are thinking about expanding their organization on to the land around their waters.
But this will bring them into the territory of the Corvidia Gang, which could end in lots of violence and bloodshed.
But Terry & Tina wouldn't be the ones getting their wings harmed or bloody, that would fall to their foot soldiers who were already out searching the area around their waters for where to head first.

Norman & Nora Northern Shovelers were the Tufties number 2's, and would always be close to the them in case of trouble. They had proved to be a fearsome twosome when it comes to protecting the Tufties from harm, especially against the Waderia Gang who usually patrolled the edges of their waters.

One of the foot soldiers was Marcus Mallard who was already out of the water on the look out for the Waderia Gang, who seemed to vanished for the moment. This allowed Marcus to go in search of new territory for the Duckia Gangs land expansion, and he seemed to have found a nice patch for them to move into for now with no Waderia or Corvidia in sight.

Paul Pochard was the one who had to go looking further afield for new territory because he was always seen as the crazy one, who never feared trouble and had a list of damage left in his wake.
He was returning from a quick search locally and had found a nearby park with very few of the enemies in sight, this would allow them to set up base before announcing their arrival on land.
