Helen De Cruz @helendecruz.net · 29/05/2025We are trying to make the best of a horrible situation. It is not easy, butt onte advantage is that I get to say goodbye to everyone. That wouldn't be the case if it's for a car accident or some other sudden event. And I placed all my affairs in order which is also good. 2340

Helen De Cruz @helendecruz.net · 26/05/2025Thanks! Fascinating. I am terminally ill and do sleep whenever my body needs it. I've settled on sleep 9 to 12 pm, then read or watch Netflix for 2 hours, then sleep from 2 to 8 am plus then a nap in afternoon. I am sick but wonder if this might be my natural pattern. 0120
Helen De Cruz @helendecruz.net · 26/05/2025What is wild to me is that humans until industrialization would have two blocks of sleep. After a first sleep of some hours they would wake up and do stuff: visit friends, have sex, a small meal etc. And then they'd turn back in for a second longer sleep. So don't worry if you wake in the night. 617419
