just walked out of my shift at work after being misgendered multiple times by coworkers. it’s bad enough that it happens with customers 10 times a day but since we’ve been having people from other stores coming in to cover shifts it’s started happening with coworkers and i’m just so tired of it.

well i didn’t think we would ever get the chance again but we ran the Leeds 10K today! our only goal was to enjoy a sunday morning run around leeds so the time didn’t matter and we really just enjoyed every second of it 🥰 sprinting to the finish on the headrow made me feel very emotional!

the interviews went really well too, and i was thinking “oh if we get it we could maybe extend our holiday back to the UK by going a week earlier since we wouldn’t be starting this job until after then anyway” so i’m doubly sad and annoyed because i would have really liked that and now it’s too late

ugh i need to vent for a second: we applied for a job on 9/4, got invited to a 1st interview 22/4, 2nd interview 4/27, THIRD interview 5/8. after that they said “we’ll let you know in a few days”, which was now almost 4 weeks ago! and last monday they said “no later than friday” and guess what?????
