U.M. stands for Uncle Monster, because I grew up having a family friend who sometimes took care of me that I called Uncle Monster

An amalgam of animal parts, I was created by a grade school principal for to aid kids who had suffered trauma. My mission was to be cute and cuddly, but also scary enough to keep bad things away at night. Think of me as a sort of precursor to James P. "Sully" Sullivan. 🙂
