@toyhax.com's Jackpot set goes CRAZY. More than doubled how much I like this toy. Good lord, probably one of the highest bang-to-buck ratios I've ever seen out of any upgrade kit.

It's kinda interesting that both major toy companies produced flop movies in attempts to revive toy IPs in the past two years or so. The difference being Transformers One was just marketed poorly, while MOTU just doesn't really have any cultural relevance to people under 40

THREAD: I find it really interesting how deeply connected Transformers is to American energy crises. The original G1 show made it clear that Energon was in short supply and both sides would do anything to control its production, and most of the subsequent franchise would follow that.

Mudslinger is back in the shop for his yearly tune-up. Bought this guy broken from @camzilla51.bsky.social ages ago, but plastic cement is truly a miracle worker.
