The life-changing advice I got was about food. I struggled to feed myself cuz, god, there's so much involved to making a meal it was exhausting event thinking about it. Therapist gave me "permission" to just eat whatever was easiest, nutrition be damned, something was better than nothing.

I love having a food processor! I was able to process all the onions, green onions, garlic scapes, garlic chives, and carrots that were in our CSA box in like half an hour. That used to take me 2 hours.

I loved the design on my my old cellphone case. I got it in 2023 and it started breaking a few weeks ago. I had to replace it but I'm super glad my old case is back yard compostable.
