This headline is a lie. It’s just Sheeran and Kraft pushing “building bridges” nonsense again with no actual evidence of donations. Here’s the distillation:

The statement did not say whether Mr Kraft had agreed to donate or which charities the money would be donated to.
It was also the first mention that Sheeran had pledge to donate himself. Sheeran has not yet publicly commented.
