PAX Aus this weeeek! I'm most likely missing the majority of the other MIGW events, but I can't wait to explore the indie games and panels at PAX!

Did not see bears. Did see unbelievable autumn colours.

I'm so lucky that the previous people living here left us a really gorgeous large framed painting in my style 😂 I have a feeling I'll do similar to you when I get around to needing a large piece - a canvas and paints will be easier than finding something I love that doesn't cost thousands hahaha

Heather [Han] @hanhula.com · 01/10/2026

definitely! it's just hard when you want specific things because I live in Australia, it's so rare to find mountain prints unless I'm actually at a ski resort, and even then it's rare 😂 managed to find a Zermatt print at a stall in an artist collective here but that's only one print!

still catches a whole tonne of stolen art and misses the past 6 years, though :') it's a sorta workaround but not a great one I'm going to a few galleries soon so I'll keep an eye out there tbh

Ugh. Went to go look around for a few prints to put in our empty frames. Way too many options are either stolen or AI. I know exactly where to look for fandom prints, but finding prints of mountains or towns or the like is so much harder :/

We're hiring! We're looking for a Writer and Narrative Designer to join the Fallen London team at a senior or mid level. This position is permanent, remote, and full time, which for us means 35 hours a week. #GamesJobs

Night. The House of Chimes - a tower which you might immediately think of as Big Ben - is adrift in the River Thames. It still seems to be keeping time. In the background, a large, alien building looms over the city of London.

It's my birthday! Farewell to my 20s, you were deeply chaotic years. Level 30 brings promise of... more chaos, probably!

I'm smiling at the camera! I have curly brown hair, pale skin, and blue eyes. Wearing a silver and sapphire necklace and trying to not be blinded by the sun. No make-up worn!

How would you give a non-rectangular element with rounded corners a border? The simple, future way is just `border` + `border-shape`. But what about the now, cross-browser solution? Here's a detailed & illustrated write-up one the geometry & more behind. ko-fi.com/post/Non-rec... #CSS

Definitely not, no! Plus side is that every time I've checked reviews/posts for AI disclosures, it's been a LOT more reassuring when the studio has responded to false claims with their stance. Maybe a win in disguise, that way. Lets you get ahead of any accusations.

Legend of an HR guy. Sorry you're dealing with angry folk - that's not exactly a way to look good with how small the industry here is :/ I wouldn't worry too much about a single review; you can respond to it to make it clear and any sane candidate will get it from reading.

Developing a game sometimes means finding friends along the way, sometimes in the form of an emotional support chalk. The actual story (and the second post) is the actual bug, but be honest: imagine if it actually got a mind of its own. The things it would write~
