Gender-based violence is an everyday reality, and it starts with minimizing misogyny
As we highlight 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence and the upcoming anniversary of the Montreal massacre, can we take a moment to reflect on all the different forms this violence takes?

Were the author not a business school prof high on his own supply of AI hype, he would perhaps be able to comprehend that the answer to the question of why new graduates lack critical thinking skills lies in the normalization of AI, and the pandemic. The solution is not more AI, Shannon.

Most college students now use AI tools for academic work, yet employers consistently report that new graduates lack the critical thinking and decision-making skills needed in an AI-augmented workplace. This disconnect signals the beginning of higher education's great unbundling.

"The labor participation rate for women with children younger than 5 had the biggest midyear drop in more than 40 years during the first six months of 2025."
Remote policies helped women work. In-office mandates and child care costs are driving them back out.
Low flexibility and high child care costs are pushing mothers with young kids to the sidelines after they joined the workforce in record numbers during the pandemic.
