keep fighting tears at work because someone walks by me in the store looks sort of like one of any number of people i used to know and my whole body tightens up at trying to explain my life to someone who thinks i’m closer than a stranger. the isolation of illness really did a number on me.

woke up this morning feeling slightly better than yesterday. i think if i spend today resting i will be ready to return to work tomorrow. instead, i am back to work in an hour. will focus on trying to not get injured, eat a big meal when i get my break, & hopefully can go to sleep right after work.
