Giggles (1984-circa 1993): Sandwich cookies--either vanilla or chocolate--with both vanilla AND chocolate creme inside. The cookies had cut-outs to look like smiling, laughing faces, hence the name. A variation on "Happy Faces" biscuits from the UK, which had both cream and jam.
