Broadly agree, terrible film, has no idea what it wants be, rubbish CGI. Disagree on Calypso being “alright” - she was genuinely horrific. I did like The Foreigner - interesting concept and maybe if he’d been the main villain, it would have been better? The Rhino battle at the end sucked.

In “The AI Con”, Emily M Bender and Alex Hanna say they don’t use “hallucination” with regards to GenAI because it minimises or falsely conflates a real mental health issue - a hallucination is a conscious experience, LLMs making shit up is not.

The usual use case for “when it works”, implies that it currently has periods of both working and not working. Here, the inference is “when eventually it works, it will be great.” Having listened to a lot of EZ, I imagine there would have been heavy emphasis on “when”, which also changes the context
