🚀 Al día siguiente, Xavier Pons presentó los primeros resultados obtenidos a partir de los datos del proyecto LidarTeam y su potencial para estudiar tanto los entornos urbanos como los ecosistemas.

Esa misma tarde, Xavier Pons, Mario Padial Iglesias y Alaitz Zabala Torres impartieron un curso práctico en el que mostraron cómo los datos #lidar ✈️ pueden contribuir a evaluar y mejorar la calidad de los mapas de cubiertas del suelo mediante las herramientas que ofrece @miramon.cat

The team also presented the paper "LidarTeam: a remote sensing driven method for massive lidar data to regional DHM refined through user feedback". The work describes an innovative methodology for the massive processing of #LiDAR data to generate high-quality regional digital height models.

One of the highlighted activities has been the course "Climate Surface Modelling with Remote and In-Situ Data", taught by Lluís Pesquer, Miquel Ninyerola and Xavier Pons. The methodologies presented showed how the combination of both sources allows more precise and useful estimates!
