This is a dread that's so omnipresent in my day to day life I legit don't remember a time where I *didn't* feel it, and F&H gave me the chance to sit in the gradations of that dread. I don't think art needs to help anybody, necessarily, but I think the creation of that space is important.

I'm not going to say that there's not criticism to be made of F&H's handling of sexual violence that doesn't hold weight, ofc; but, for a story concerned with the dehumanizing effect of the body being reduced to transactional pieces of currency, it would be disingenuous not to explore the topic.
