Thank you! I like them both I knew I was going to paint them both because it would be such a hard choice

StoneHandMinatures @greyslayerbry.bsky.social · 05/07/2026

The big question helmet or no? I wanted to achieve a more corrupted dirty look in this one, which I had trouble committing to. Still happy and had a great time #chaoswarriors #warhammerageofsigmar #warhamercommunity #slavestodarkness #warhammerpainting

Had lots of fun painting this runesmith. Trying to push my self for a more relaxed approach while still pushing areas out of my comfort zone. #warhammer #warhamerpainting #warhamercommunity #warhammertheoldworld #warhammerfantasy #dwarves #dwarfs #miniaturenightpainting #warhamerminiatures

Fatherhood has kept me pretty busy lately but finally getting some painting time in here and there. Deathwing terminator will be done soon.

That would be awesome, I love that older cheesy look.

Some models are way to pricey for that haha

Yea I have done both multiple times. I have quite a few repainted in my collection

Cleaning out some old stuff I found some of the first models I painted when I first came back to the hobby. It blows me away to see how far I have come over the years. If you’re struggling with self-doubt or being overly critical of your work, just keep painting—you’re doing better than you think.

Really wanted to push outside my comfort zone with this guy, practicing nmm and basing. Overall I’m happy,each model is a great lesson. #minipainting #ageofsigmar #warhammer #minipainting #painting #gamesworkshop #miniatures #warhammercommunity #warhammerpainting #minaturepainting #hobbypainting

I didn’t score a gold, silver or bronze( which went to a lot of truely incredible people) I did manage to get a commendation which I’m very proud of, to get that far means a lot to me personally, I pushed myself and my boundaries as best I could. Let’s see how I fair next year.

Just take patience and practice, I’m still learning the patience part haha

One of the biggest models I’ve ever done. I was unsure to even tackle painting this, I ended up opting for a dry brush method and still today I’m pretty happy. #warhammer #minipainting #painting #40k #gamesworkshop #miniatures #spacemarines #art #deathguard #warhammer40k #chaos #warhammerpainting

First painting update of 2025! Added different bits to Jenetia Krole, like the white fur, the mask as well as the leather bits and magenta grips on the weapons. #minipainting #miniature #nmm #warhammerpainting #warhammercommunity

Grim Dark War Boss :] The mud pallet is strong on this one. There is a video on how it's done linked in my bio.

Thank you! It’s been such a struggle for a long time. All I have is an outdated iPhone. I’m finding a flexible white cardboard and flexible lamp are helping a lot as well as a well lit room. I choose the morning to lunch time for all the natural light is really good

Thank you! I’m learning lighting and position is very important, sounds like basic stuff but defiantly needs som practice and research to better understand

I know I posted this guy last week but I was widely unhappy with the photos so I took some new ones. Photography is something still so new to me and a massive hurdle I’m yet to overcome. #ageofsigmar #warhammer #minipainting #gamesworkshop #warhammercommunity #warhammerpainting #skaven #skaventide
