Tile murals on the site of Southampton’s Franciscan Friary (dissolved by Henry VIII), just east of the High Street. Founded before 1237, by 1304 the friars had developed a complex water supply system to pipe water to the friary and later the town. Remnants of this system still exist.

The tile murals on the side of the modern building on the site of the friary, just inside the medieval walls.
