i worry very much that the last decade of existence has left me emotionally and spiritually numb and expectant of the worst possible outcome. a coping mechanism of “damn, who could’ve guessed” feels awful but also… damn who could’ve guessed we’d be where we are as a society, especially here in US

weirdly enough growing up in phoenix we didn’t have ice cream trucks. we DID however have a guy on a reverse trike, in the front was an insulated box that had shaved ice in there, along with different syrups you could pour on it. groundbreaking for 13 year old me.

i told soph this but i’ve been microdosing before i leave for work for the past week or so and honestly? great results. why didn’t i do this before. and when i actually want to be stoned, scaling up in dosage gives me the actual head high i want but i dont get from weed, its actually way nicer
