First @romancingthevote.com swag arrived! My existing dragon now has a bunch of teeny dragons for company. Mochi only tried briefly to determine if they were actually snacks.

I cleaned the nib before filling it. The converter has never been used. There's ink in the nib. If I wipe the back or underside of the nib with a tissue, I get ink spots. It's just not flowing to the tip to write.

The bad: our beloved dog was diagnosed with cancer and passed over the summer. He was the very bestest boy, and we miss him so much.

A brindle dog lies on a brick patio in the sun, in front of some pink flowers and other greenery. His eyes are mostly closed, he's panting a little, and he looks very happy and content.

All of the squares for my Berroco #vintageMKAL25 are done! Now I just have to sew them together. Actually they've been done for more than a month, but this year has had a lot of life things and I have been bad about posting. The big things: Good: I'm changing careers! I'm an editor!

I actually finished March's squares for the Berroco mystery knit along only slightly into April, but didn't take pictures in a timely manner. The intarsia square was so close to the Pride flag that I made an extra one. Downside: so many ends to weave in... 🧶 🌈 #berrocoYarn #vintageMKAL25

Ooo, that sounds good! I do something similar: food process some stuffing with cheese, smush it around the inside of a muffin tin, bake for maybe 5 minutes. Then crack an egg into the cavity, top with more cheese, and bake until the egg white is set. My favorite post-Thanksgiving breakfast
