Prosecutors said suspect was searched and a wad of cash recovered before he was taken to Swedish for treatment, no real new info on how the gun got into the hospital. Per APD, suspect was a ward of DCFS til age 18 and hospitalized multiple times for suicide attempts beginning at age 9.
