We’re thinking of you this #WorldMentalHealthDay. Whether you're asking for help, supporting someone else, or simply getting through today, we’re here for you every step of the way.
Graphic titled "This World Mental Health Day, we're thinking of anyone who…" with eight illustrated icons. The icons represent experiencing trauma, being on a waiting list for support, navigating treatment, is facing stigma, or judgement, supporting a loved one's mental health, struggling to express feelings, needing better mental health support, and just trying to get through the day. Each concept is visually symbolised by simple, colourful icons such as an eye with a tear, a clock, confused question marks, speech bubbles around an ear, supportive hands, a pen on a notebook, a signpost, and an hourglass.
