Look at this graph. The share of national income going to the richest 10 percent was lowest (and share to lower 90 percent highest) when union membership was at its highest. As unions have weakened, inequality has widened. This is why we must build back union power.

Me too. Family friend who was sweet on my uncle suddenly came down with polio after a lakeside picnic. My uncle and two others all got gamma globulin shots and spent weeks in high anxiety. We would visit her in her iron lung, and later that chest ventilation device. Frightening. Saulk vax saved us

So sorry to hear of your shingles attack. Some 20 years ago I met an old rancher “over the fence”. He pulled down his bib overalls to show me the shingles that were agonizing him. He was about 80. Went and got my vax at about 65yo. Truly thankful to be guarded by this gift of medical research.
