Pokemon AU Aldo with their Nihilego... #ocsky #oc #originalcharacter #nihilego

Two figures, back-to-back: both of OP's OC, Aldo, in a pokemon AU.

Facing front, framed by a background of a greenhouse and blue sky, is Aldo- with tan skin and blond hair, in the white-and-gold, labcoat-like outfit of a Team Aether employee, hugging a yellow Nihilego- a pokemon that looks like a clear jellyfish.

In the back, is a large Nihilego fused with Aldo's body- who now has long, black-and-blue hair, and whose torso is under the clear bell of the engorged pokemon. Its tentacle-paws have eyes with sparkles on them.

Aldo, OP's OC, fused with a Nihilego- a jellyfish Pokemon. Their torso shows underneath the large clear bell, their hair long and black with a bioluminescent blue underside. The tentacle-paws are clear with inky black bases, and eyes all over them. The entire figure seems enveloped in a prismatic sheen.

Really interesting article, this part stuck out particularly well to me:

“For some reason, they are able to process any inversion of empirical reality, but are acutely sensitive to being laughed at. Calling them weird absolutely works, and telling them their sole artistic output looks like shit also works. Laughing at people who treat AI art as in any way legitimate works. Talking about AI’s environmental impact or its implications for the workforce will not work - they like that, it makes them feel dangerous. Instead of talking about taking money from artists, talk about how it makes them look cheap. If hurting and offending people is part of the point, then we can take that fun away from them by refusing to express hurt or offence, even if we feel it.”

It's valentines! Which means it's a Rina day, and she wishes you a happy day full of love and care!! xoxo my one drawing in months

A drawing of Rina; a gyaru girl with periwinkle and pink hair put up in pigtails, in a pink reflective dress, with lace and heart motifs all around. She is depicted as an angel holding a heart, and is staying atop clouds, in a style imitating vintage valentines cards. Behind her, is a tepig -a pig pokemon- with a ribbon around its neck and decorative wings, being lifted off the clouds by the wind.

in case your company uses Google Workspace and is despairing at how Gemini A.I. is getting pushed into everything—fear not! Slate's indefatigable IT chief embarked on a successful journey to get it removed from our end and wrote a detailed guide for the curious: slate.com/technology/2...

Google Quietly Installed A.I. to My Workspace. Getting Rid of It Was Creepy.

Opting out should not be a premium feature. It’s a basic right.

i struggle with a brain that wants to stiffly copy whatever reference i'm using and one thing i've found helpful:
1. draw big blocky shapes over the reference
2. turn off ref and redraw big blocky shapes
3. draw in figure with big blocky shapes overlaid
Traducir post

photo of model posing as an elegant elf woman that ive blocked out with a chunky red brush

in a separate window ive redrawn the red blocks, then have drawn details over the red blocks, using the photo+red transparency as reference

final doodle of the figure drawing without the red blocking

Post your most popular art from Twitter ✨ This piece, by a mile. 😅

A king and knight, who both clearly yearn for each other, have found a private moment together. Both are in full regalia and armor, as though they'd only been able to step away for this one brief moment. The king leans in to kiss the knight, and the knight draws him closer despite making a half-hearted attempt to keep up the appearance of being on duty.
