You can redo individual chapters and get them back! Just go back to the obelisk room and touch Cai’s pillar again. I learned this knowledge from also playing higher emblem

Summary:

It has been a year since Dimitri took back the throne and ended the five-year war that almost destroyed him. But his past still haunts him. He struggles to find peace in Fhirdiad, a place filled with so many unpleasant memories.

When Dedue suggests that they visit Garreg Mach Monastery, he jumps at the opportunity to escape from the crushing weight of being king, if only for a short while. But reminders of other duties, more specifically marriage, will not leave him be, and Dimitri is forced to face the reality that he will never be allowed to be with the one he loves...unless he rips the foundations of the Kingdom to shreds. "You are a man."
The words struck him like an arrow. No one had called him that since the day he received his blessing in Pios, a month before Duscur burned. He blinked repeatedly, as though that might dull the stinging impact.
"You cannot stop every blade," she added, more gently this time.
"I must try."
"I know he has not asked this much of you," she said. "And yet you insist on it."
The lamp fluttered under her breath, its reflection dancing across the surface of the Sword. Dedue straightened, as though she had challenged his very oath. He remembered the first night he slept in Dimitri's room in Fhirdiad — the prince awake by the door, watching. Letting him rest first. His quiet smile.
"He believed I was worth saving."
Recognition flashed in her expression. It made him forget, for a moment, all the reasons her kindness toward him could only hurt her.
She nodded. "We'll begin tomorrow."
