#WipWednesday Do I have many other wips I should be working on? Maybe. But today I got to start what I hope will become my Dimilix fic for the FE Vampire Weekend.

Snippet of a wip:

"The Crest of Fraldarius, the Shield, the Steadfast. For all its virtues, no one would ever guess it is the crest of a monster. In truth, there are many monsters roaming Fódlan these days. The one haunting Felix's mind was born during the Western Rebellion. Years later, he would spend most of his time at Garreg Mach warning people about it, telling friend and foe not to trust the princely facade behind which the Boar used to hide. Ironic that his absence is what ends up making Felix a monster himself, turning him into what he used to loathe. "

the lionmitri agenda

lionmitri affectionately attempts to gnaw on felix’s cheek. felix, frustrated and flustered, holds him back with a hand pressed against his face

felix sits close and inspects lionmitri’s elongated canines, fascinated by the sharpness in his maw in general. assumably lionmitri isn’t sure what’s going on but he’s happy to be here

a disgruntled felinya is in the middle of a lionmitri + dogmitri cuddle/nap pile. he’s annoyed but glad that they’re getting some rest, even at his expense

I can see us slipping away (just stay with me) | T | 5.7k | #fe3h | #dimidue | #starrwrites A Hopesverse fic inspired by Dimitri and Shez’s A support which had me thinking how upset Dedue would be if he overheard Dimitri talking that way. archiveofourown.org/works/73663581

I can see us slipping away (just stay with me)
SeraphStarshine

Summary:

"You spoke of happiness," Dedue's voice comes out in a croak, "and of how you would only feel that at the time of your death."

"Oh—oh." Dimitri does have the grace to look contrite. "Yes, I suppose we did talk of such things. I...Dedue, oh, Goddess, don't cry."

When Dedue overhears Shez asking Dimitri what makes him happy, he discovers that Dimitri's answer is also Dedue's greatest fear. How is he supposed to go on with his day knowing that Dimitri can only find joy in his death?

Give us life again ('cause we just wanna be whole) | T | 2.3k | #fe3h | #sylvix | #starrwrites A Hopesverse fic written for Sylvix Week 2025 inspired by the prompts secrets, love language, and hurt/healing where Felix comforts Sylvain after Miklan’s arrival. archiveofourown.org/works/72165061

Give us life again ('cause we just wanna be whole)
SeraphStarshine

Summary:

Goddess—Felix hates Dimitri sometimes. He's stupidly oblivious. Felix wants to shake him until he understands, but he's so focused on his own trauma that it blinds him to everyone else's pain. Felix could just tell him. He would not be able to rationalize keeping Miklan around then, but it is Sylvain's secret, not his, and he can't betray his trust.

Miklan may have everyone else fooled, but Felix can’t stay silent

[ #PrincessTutu ] Something I drew for a friends birthday.

digital drawing showing ahiru and fakir from the anime princess tutu. ahiru is a girl with pale skin and pink hair in a white ballet dress. Fakir is a boy with long black hair, slightly tanner skin and he is wearing a white dress shirt and white pants. They are standing on the surface of water surrounded by white swans flying away in front of a blue sky and crescent moon. Fakir is lifting ahiru up and the tips of their noses are touching.

My students didn’t know Bristol existed, which is fair because we don’t live remotely close to the UK. But when I mentioned “it’s where they sail from in Treasure Island.” I got total question mark faces. “La isla del Tesoro?” … “The Muppets’ Treasure Island?” … “Disney’s Treasure Planet?” …
