Game System
Set the scene. Where are you? Who is around? What’s happening? Then decide what your character would do.
Describe what you are attempting to do. If the outcome is interesting and uncertain, make a roll. Roll 2 dice. Keep the highest die. If there are disadvantages, roll 1 die. If many or severe, roll 2 dice and keep the lower result. If there are advantages, roll 3 dice. If many or strong, roll 4 dice.
• 1-2: Full failure; suffer strong consequences, enemies win.
• 3-4: Mixed results; partial consequences and partial success, weak consequences to both self & enemy
• 5-6: Clean win; avoid consequences, fully succeed, overcome enemy
• Multiple 6s: Epic win; succeed beyond expectations, receive extra benefits
Never auto-fail or auto-succeed for DICK PUNCHing. DICK PUNCHing is by default considered to be difficult with a simple disadvantage. Suits are all management and executive employees, as well as their sycophants and apologists.
