Coverage of the Canada trade war seems to be underselling an important point: Trump tore up NAFTA and made everyone sign a new agreement more to his liking in 2020 with a 16-year renewable term. Now he's tearing up that agreement. If his signature is meaningless why would Canada agree to anything?

Maybe just maybe we can start with reading and math proficiency in K-12? I taught at a Jr. College and the students taking classes for EMT, fire science and nursing were terribly unprepared and the failure rates were sometimes 60-70%.
