Its been a few weeks since i ran out of my psych meds. And man im having the greatest time. Really started a new job, and ive been a mix of manic and fucking tired. And to top it all off, i keep hearing a kind of wooshing in my ears that wont go away.

Man i need to get meds again soon, today is going to be my second day at work, and i had thoughts about cutting myself to end up in the psych ward again. Not the most pleasant thought. That and just a lot of thoughts on how to get out of going.

I feel bad, i maybe called in to work on my second day. I slept like 4 hrs last night and crashed out a little earlier. Though i feel like ive gotten kicked in the chest. My mom had her cancer drug infusion, so i told them i might not be able to come in depending on how she feels.

First day of the new job, my shift starts in a couple of hours. Im stressing more than i should. And ive had more than a few stress caused bathroom trips. Gonna pop some propanolol before i go and that should help a lot. Doing this while off my meds is not fun.

Im fucking tired, my sleep schedule is fucked. On the nice side i have a job interview on thursday. On the other end i havent had a dry night in about a week. Though hopefully getting back to work will help with my sleep schedule, and if doesnt with the enuresis, ill at least be able to get diapers.
