Im scared to go on the trip alone and i want to bring my dog,,, shes a service animal but i was her trainer and im insecure Shes been working for me for 5 years and provides therapeutic grounding pressures when i call for help and watches me for dissociative episodes to try and get me b4 im stuck

Thats very possible i dont know ur situation but my partner was trying to leave and their mon was like i dont want you to fail as if being on their own meant they would fil It was so fucked up. She left bc she became so depressed there from their projecting their anxieties onto her

When i asked my gf out she asked me for time bc she was working on her stuffs and i was totally ok w it bc i was there to see her and whatever that looked like was ok w me If someone is good to you they will be ok with you needing space or time , a safe person wants you to feel safe
