A pump is what occurs when you're actively working out, because the blood rushing into your muscles to sustain what you require of them causes them to swell! If you do the pose yourself and trace a line across your body where your elbows land, it lands in the right place with your art too. I would say that the anatomy is fine but proportionally you could do with teensy bit more space between the ribcage and pelvis. Therefore,
