so the proposition here is to spin up an SPV with $8bn in outside investment to buy AMZN's chips, then lease them back to AMZN for presumably more than $8bn over their useful lives, otherwise why would anyone invest in the SPV... so this is just borrowing cash now against the future with no bank?

that's not moving the goalposts at all, I think we can all agree that stabbing two people is violent. the point is that so far enforcement nominally aimed at combatting antisemitism has been focused on anti war protests, which are materially a pretty different activity from attacking random people
