More comments on Boltz-1 Mmseqs2-GPU integration is super fast. Helped a ton with an enzyme-substrate pair. It’s much better quality software engineering than most academic models and easy to use. Thanks @gcorso.bsky.social, you guys did great. I put some fun logos on OpenBioML you might find fun.
