Cortisone shots in both knees yesterday. Some pain relief that I hope gets better. Last time I had relief for about 6 weeks, but they will only do this every 3 months. They got a lot more fluid out of both knees than they did in July which makes me wonder if that’s getting worse.

Koloa Kauai and a woman was walking a huge German Shepherd towards me. I do this noise in my throat dogs always hear and respond to (but people don’t necessarily hear), so I did that and held out my fist.
