Our first Halloween/horror movie of the month was "The Possession" (2012). It wasn't terrible, it was just mid. Based loosely on a true story, a young girl opens a demon box and... You can guess the rest. Points awarded to the Jewish rabbi who punches the demon box to discover its mysteries. 6/10

I'm kinda enjoying Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave, but for the first time in my Fire Emblem career, I thought about giving up on a FE game. I picked Leda's route, and that goddman battle early in Kalla's temple almost made me rage quit. It took me six tries to win that battle of lighting torches. Fuck!

Saw the new "Resident Evil" movie tonight with @mogdaddy88.bsky.social, and it was good! There were several dudes who had to guffaw very loudly at any bit of comedy in the movie, which made the movie lose some of its creepiness. Overall, it was entertaining and I look forward to watching it again.
