I loved having Dan Wilson manage the M's. 30+ years with the organization, it was great to have the connection to Griffey, Piniella, Ichiro, etc. But it's not working. His mismanagement of the pitching staff and lineup the last few days have made it clear. Love you Dan, but it's time to go.

One of the greatest debuts ever. Lots of great bands take time to hit their stride and figure out who they are. The B-52s burst out fully formed. The songs, the look, the attitude - they knew exactly who they were and challenged the world to meet them on their terms. Total badasses.

With the podcast and your presence on here, plus other platforms I assume you're on, how do you have time to read that much? I'm a really slow reader with an ADHD-addled brain, so voracious, focused readers amaze me. I once saw my wife read a whole book on a flight and it was like a magic trick.
