My new boss is awesome. I wrote an 11 page process report. all my old bosses would have read 3 pages and tell me it didn't make sense and to rewrite. Instead my new boss did something amazing. They read 3 pages and told me "no one wants to read 11 pages, make this shorter." I'm so happy
