Gary Singer checking in from St. Louis for the last #NephJC of 2024 No COI So appropriate to be reviewing this article. Local cardiologist started a patient on clonidine (!) “because of renal insufficiency”. Her eGFR is 50 and UACR 300 🤦🏻‍♂️ Switched her to an ARB. Lots of work to be done.
